FARM PROPERTY FOR RENT BY TENDER

2) PT LT 18 CON 1 CHATHAM GORE, MUNICIPALITY CHATHAM-KENT (00590-0125) containing 80 workable acres, more or less.

3) PT LT 19-20 CON 1 CHATHAM GORE, MUNICIPALITY CHATHAM-KENT (00590-0284) containing 80 workable acres, more or less.

4) PT LT 20 CON 1, CHATHAM GORE, MUNICIPALITY CHATHAM-KENT (00590-0285) containing 80 workable acres, more or less.

5) PT LT 4-5 CON 17, CHATHAM (00760-0022) containing 81 workable acres, more or less.

6) PT LT 19-20 CON 1 CHATHAM GORE, MUNICIPALITY CHATHAM-KENT (00590-0033) containing 22 workable acres, more or less.

7) PT LT 5 CON 17 CHATHAM GORE, CHATHAM-KENT (00760-0025) containing 15 workable acres, more or less.

The rent of the aforementioned properties does not include the use of any buildings located on the properties, which shall remain for the sole and exclusive use of the Lessor. All properties are systematically tiled, with a clay loam soil. The crop rotation has been corn, soybeans and wheat. All tenders shall be delivered in writing, sealed, to Anderson Law Group, attention Lindsey A. Anderson, 619 James Street, Wallaceburg, ON N8A 2P2, no later than October 2nd, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. The Lease of Property #1 and the west 25 acres of Property #4 shall commence on or before March 1, 2028, with the lease of the remainder of the properties commencing on or before March 1, 2027, or such earlier time as may be agreed to by the Parties thereto. All Parties shall enter into a written lease with the Lessor, with preference for a lease term of at least five (5) years.

HST shall be in addition to all rent payments. Interested parties may submit a tender for rent for one or more of the aforementioned properties. The Lessor is not obligated to accept the highest or any tender.
