PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE – FULL-TIME PERMANENT
Location: Vaughan, ON
Pay: $23.75/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently hiring Production Associates / General Labourers / Machine Shop Workers
for a full-time permanent position in Vaughan, ON.
Responsibilities
 Assist with daily production and machine shop operations.
 Work in the slab coil area, assisting with the handling, movement, and processing of
metal coils and slabs.
 Coil assembly, handling copper/aluminum materials, using hand tools,
bending/positioning tubing, and general production work.
 Load, unload, position, and move coils and materials using appropriate equipment and
procedures.
 Assist machine operators with production activities and material preparation.
 Monitor materials during the production process and report any issues to the supervisor.
 Perform general labour duties including lifting, sorting, stacking, and organizing
materials.
 Follow production instructions and ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.
 Assist with maintaining proper material flow throughout the slab coil area.
 Operate machinery and equipment safely after proper training.
 Perform quality checks and report damaged or defective materials.
 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
 Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including proper PPE requirements.
 Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements
 Previous experience in manufacturing, production, machine shop, metal fabrication, or
general labour is an asset.
 Experience working around metal coils, slabs, steel, or other industrial materials is an
asset.
 Ability to perform physically demanding work and handle materials safely.
 Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
 Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Previous machine operation, assembly or material-handling experience is an asset.
Available Shifts
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Afternoon Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:45 PM–12:00 AM
Shift Premium: $1.15/hour
Midnight Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM
Shift Premium: $2.00/hour
