Restoration Operations Manager / General Manager – Six Stars Construction & Restoration Inc.
Six Stars Construction & Restoration Inc. is growing! We’re looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Restoration Operations Manager / General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, crews, projects, scheduling, and customer/insurance relationships.
Location: GTA & surrounding areas — including Ottawa, Niagara, St. Catharines and surrounding regions
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations, crews, subcontractors, scheduling, and project timelines.
* Manage and track all active jobs through Encircle M and JOIST; PMSuites experience is an asset.
* Maintain accurate job information, costs, labour, materials, documentation, and project progress.
* Provide complete information required for billing and prepare/create invoices for completed work.
* Coordinate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, clients, trades, and internal teams.
* Monitor budgets, quality, safety, productivity, and project completion.
* Help identify new restoration/reconstruction opportunities and support company growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* 3 years of experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or project management.
* Strong experience managing crews, subcontractors, multiple projects, and deadlines.
* Hands-on experience with Encircle M and JOIST is required; PMSuites experience is an asset.
* Strong administrative, organizational, communication, and invoicing skills.
* Ability to work independently, solve problems, and take ownership of operations.
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
Ideal Candidate: A dependable leader who can keep multiple jobs moving, ensure documentation and invoicing are accurate, communicate effectively with clients and insurance partners, and make sure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.
