Newleaf is hiring dependable Floor Staff for:

• Newleaf Ste. Marie — Vars
• Newleaf Victoria House — Smiths Falls

Schedule: 8-hour evening and overnight shifts
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities include:

• Resident supervision and safety monitoring
• Meal service and light housekeeping
• Shift notes, incident reports, and staff communication
• Emergency response and proper shift handover
• Following all house, safety, and infection-control procedures

Requirements:

• Dependable, respectful, and able to work independently
• Current First Aid and CPR certification — required
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check — required
• Strong communication skills
• Previous group-home, supportive-housing, or healthcare experience is an asset

No personal-care duties. Training and orientation are provided.
