Important Payment Information

Please read this section carefully before applying.

Because this is a respite position paid as an independent contractor, the payment schedule is different from a typical hourly job. Payments are held one month behind.

For example:

Hours worked August 1–31 → payment is issued October 1.

This payment structure must be understood and accepted before taking the position.

When your respite work ends, you will still receive payment for any outstanding hours that have not yet been paid. Because payments are held one month behind, your final payment will generally be made approximately one month after your final working date, depending on the applicable pay period.

Please make sure you are comfortable with this payment schedule before applying.

How to Apply

If you have a genuine passion for working with youth and want the opportunity to make a positive difference and help change the life of a young person, I would love to hear from you.
