An addition has to sit against a house that already exists. A flat elevation drawing is terrible at telling you whether the new roof line will look right next to the old one, or whether that brick is going to clash.

We model the existing house and the proposed work together, then render the whole thing, so you can see how it actually lands before anyone starts demolition.

WHAT IT COSTS AND WHY

Pricing is per model, never per image. The modelling and lighting is the job. Once that exists, the other side of the house costs you nothing to see.

Most homes land between $650 and $3000 depending on size and level of detail. You get a fixed quote before we start. No hourly billing, no surprises.

WHAT TO SEND

Send whatever exists. Drawings, a PDF from your designer, a survey, or photos of the current house with a sketch of what you want. If it is not enough, we will say so rather than guess.

HOW LONG

5 to 7 business days in most cases, starting when we have the drawings.

Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
