We model the space and render it, so you see the finished result while there is still time to change your mind cheaply.

WHY IT IS WORTH DOING

- Everyone on site is working from the same agreed image.
- You have something to show a landlord, a franchisor or a bank.

- One 3D model of the unit, with unlimited angles taken from it
- Interior views of the trading area, back of house and any feature space
- Storefront, signage and the approach from the sidewalk
- Side by side finish comparisons under identical lighting
- Coloured 3D floor plans when the layout needs explaining
- Print ready files at full resolution
- Three rounds of revisions

WHAT IT COSTS

The fee is for the model. Once the fit-out exists in 3D and is lit, you can take as many views out of it as you need at no extra cost.

Single spaces start at $700. Multi-unit, multi-floor and mixed-use work is quoted individually, with a fixed price agreed before we start. No hourly billing.

WHAT TO SEND

Anything you have. A drawing set, a designer's PDF, the landlord's shell drawings, or photos plus a sketch of what goes where.

HOW LONG

Typically 5 to 7 business days from the day your drawings land.

For architects and design firms: we work white label under your own name, so the images go out as your studio's. Ask about volume rates.

Please note: we produce visuals and presentation material. We do not stamp or submit building permit drawings.
