We are hiring a full-time, Outdoor Tractor-Trailer Maintenance Person to inspect, service, and repair our fleet of heavy trucks and trailers.

Job Overview

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: Excellent pay, depending on experience and performance

Location: Outdoor yard environment

Core Responsibilities:

Inspect trailer brakes, lights, tires, and suspension systems.

Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
Replace worn or broken parts using hand and power tools.
Diagnose mechanical issues and keep accurate repair logs.

Requirements:
Physically Fit: Able to stand, bend, crawl, and climb around large vehicles for entire shifts.

Heavy Lifting: Comfortable lifting and moving heavy parts and tools up to 50 lbs.

Outdoor Work: Willing and able to work outside in all weather elements (heat, cold, rain, snow).

Experience: Basic knowledge of heavy vehicle parts and hand tools.

Reliability: Strong work ethic and commitment to workplace safety protocols.
