Are you currently working as a Cell Phone Repair Technician and looking for your next long-term opportunity? We are seeking an experienced Cell Phone Repair & Quality Control Technician to join our team in Mississauga.

We are looking for a full-time, long-term team member who is passionate about smartphone repair, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and has excellent attention to detail.

This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience repairing Samsung and Apple devices while ensuring every device meets our quality standards before it reaches the customer. Your primary responsibility will be diagnosing and repairing smartphones, with quality control playing an equally important role in maintaining the reliability and reputation of our products.

Responsibilities
Cell Phone Repair
- Diagnose and repair Samsung and iPhone devices, including both hardware and software issues.
- Perform screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera replacements, speaker and microphone repairs, back glass replacements, and other common smartphone repairs.
- Troubleshoot software issues, perform firmware updates, factory resets, and system diagnostics.
- Accurately identify hardware and software faults and complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Stay up to date with the latest Samsung and Apple devices, repair techniques, and industry best practices.

Quality Control
- Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections on repaired devices to ensure they meet company standards.
- Test all major device functions, including displays, touch functionality, cameras, Face ID/Fingerprint sensors, charging, speakers, microphones, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular connectivity.
- Identify, document, and resolve any issues before devices are approved for sale.
- Work closely with other repair technicians to ensure repairs are completed accurately and consistently.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections and testing results.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current or recent experience in a Cell Phone Repair Technician role, including quality control responsibilities.
- Proven experience repairing Samsung and Apple devices.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Experience using professional repair tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and record keeping.


Preferred Qualifications
- Technical certification in mobile device repair.
- Experience with microsoldering and board-level repairs.
