Job Description:

A1 Home Services is a growing home improvement company in Winnipeg specializing in permanent outdoor LED roofline lighting and garage epoxy flooring. We are looking for an experienced, reliable installer to join our crew immediately for the remainder of the 2026 season.

What You Will Be Doing

Installing permanent LED lighting systems on residential rooflines across Winnipeg. This includes mounting aluminum track along rooflines, installing LED puck lights, running wiring, connecting power supplies and controllers, and ensuring every installation meets our quality standards before leaving the job site.

What We Need From You

Hands on experience in roofing, construction, electrical or similar trades
Comfortable working at heights on residential rooftops
Valid Manitoba driver's licence
Reliable — shows up on time every single day
Steel toe boots and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Good attitude and ability to work as part of a small crew

What We Offer

$17-$25 per hour based on experience — paid every alternate Friday

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday. Full days. Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
