NOW HIRING – RESTORATION PROFESSIONALS | GTA

We are currently expanding our Property Restoration team and are seeking reliable, motivated individuals to join us in servicing residential and commercial insurance-loss projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We are hiring for multiple positions:

Emergency Restoration Technicians – IICRC certified and non-certified candidates welcome. Experience in water damage mitigation, structural drying, demolition, equipment setup and emergency response is an asset. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
Contents Technicians – Experience with contents manipulation, pack-outs/pack-backs, inventory, cleaning, disposal and handling of customer belongings is preferred.
Project Managers / Estimators – Restoration and insurance-claim experience required. Candidates should have experience with Xactimate estimating, XactAnalysis, scope development, documentation, emergency mitigation and reconstruction projects. IICRC certification is an asset.

General Requirements: Valid G2 driver's licence or higher, comfortable driving company vehicles, fluent spoken English, dependable and professional, able to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow within the restoration industry. Emergency technicians must be available for after-hours/on-call emergency response when required.

Compensation will be discussed based on the position, experience, certifications and qualifications.
