We need it for Oct 1.
Nicole works at the Pen center. I'm on ODSP . We are both clean, quiet, respectful tenants living on a fixed disability income. I have a strong history of paying rent on time, as does Nicole . We both take pride in maintaining our home in excellent condition. We do not smoke, she has an adorable Kitty name Shadow. We both live a quiet lifestyle.

We are looking for a safe, affordable apartment. Long-term tenancy preferred.
