Middleton Farms Ltd. is located at 6490 Route 225 in Middleton PEI. We are hiring 4 individuals for Farm Labourer positions starting on March 16, 2027 and ending on November 12, 2027. These are seasonal, full-time positions. Work location is on the farm in Middleton PEI. No remote work available. Wage is $17.60 per hour, with a range of 40 to 48 hours per week. Work site environment includes: Dry pea and bean farming, Other grain farming, Wheat farming, Dusty, Hot, Noisy, All weather conditions, Dirty. Work setting: Rural Area. Tasks: Apply fertilizers, Clean the crops, Clear fields of wood and stones, Cut agricultural crops, Cut agricultural seed according to farm standards, Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots, Level earth to fine grade specifications, Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops, Seed cutting, Weeding, Clean work area, Harvest crops, Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding, Hand-eye co-ordination, Ability to distinguish between colours, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods
