Seeking to rent in St Catharines:
2 bedroom house/apartment, between Marmora Street and the areas around Ontario Street between where the Freshco is and the World Gym.
We are looking to pay between 1500-1700 while paying Hydro or 1800-1900 inclusive (we will pay our own internet). We do not drive, so parking is not an issue. We are a quiet family of three, me, my husband and my roommate who works.
Income: I have been on ODSP for 20 years, my husband for 10 years, and my roommate works. Income is not an option though my credit score isn't amazing due to issues of the past. Rent can be paid directly to the landlord at the landlords discretion directly from ODSP if that is a concern to the landlord.
Tenants: The tenants would be myself, my husband and our roommate, we do not really have guests around, we do not party, we do not drink. We are quiet tenants who keep to ourselves and prefer generally being left alone.
Moving Date: We have to give notice where we are, but I want to secure a place first, so optionally would be between Nov 1st and Dec 1st, whichever better suits the needs.
