Stratis Construction is looking to hire a Construction Foreman / Equipment Operator with hands-on concrete construction experience who is also comfortable operating excavators, skid steers, and other equipment.

We are a growing Edmonton-based construction company that values quality workmanship, reliability, and taking pride in a job well done. We complete a variety of residential and commercial projects throughout the Edmonton area, including concrete, excavation, grading, drainage, demolition, and landscaping.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, works well as part of a team, and is comfortable taking the lead when required.

Our scope of work includes:

Concrete removal and replacement
Foundation repairs and waterproofing
Excavation and trenching
Grading and finish grading
Landscaping and site development
Demolition
Operating excavators, skid steers, and other equipment

We are looking for someone with experience in:

Excavation and backfilling
Landscaping
Grading
Concrete construction
Operating excavators, skid steers, and other equipment
Reading grade stakes and elevations
General construction
Concrete forming and preparation
Working independently with minimal supervision
Reading construction drawings and site plans
Leading or supervising a small crew

Must have:

Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
Reliable transportation
Clean driver’s abstract
