ISO Western Horse Trainer to hire
Hillbilly Haven Ranch Inc is looking for a Western horse trainer to come work at our ranch in Centre Village NB Canada.

Looking for someone with experience in Reining, Reined Cow Horse, and/or Ranch work training to start in spring of 2027.

About the ranch
We breed AQHA/APHA Reining and Cow horses as well as Black Angus Cattle.
We have about 400 acres between our two farms. Currently building a new heated 60x120 indoor riding arena ( If you are not familiar with Canadian winters you will appreciate a heated arena trust me ) and new horse barn. We currently have a smaller training Indoor arena and horse barn, 80 x 120 outdoor sand ring and 60 ft round pen and we are always expanding our facility and services offered
We have 8 broodmares currently and 1 stud, and we have some quality babies on the way due in 2027!

We have everything from Weanlings to 3 year olds to finished horses to work with

About the position
We are looking for a trainer who can train our mares and studs and the horses we have coming of training age, there is room to bring in outside horses to train as well , and a trainer that would also teach lessons would be a bonus but not a must
Colt starting will be a requirement as we are a breeding facility
Someone with show expiereinece would be an asset but again not a must. We would like to get our horses out into the show pen
We have a great ranch team built and hoping to find the right individuale to fit into the ranch family
