JP Spotless Company is a residential cleaning service in Montreal. We handle house cleaning, deep cleaning and post-construction cleanups across Montreal, Longueuil, Brossard, Laval, Cote Saint-Luc and Westmount.
We are looking for one organized, well-spoken person to be the voice of JP Spotless on the phone. When someone calls us or fills out our online quote form, you are the one who picks up, gives them a price, books the job and puts a cleaner on the schedule.
This is not a sales job and there is no cold calling. Every lead comes to you: people who already found our website, already compared us to competitors and already decided to pick up the phone. Most callers are ready to book. Your job is to make booking fast and easy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Answer inbound calls on our business line through the Grasshopper app during your agreed hours
Return missed calls and voicemails within 15 minutes
Ask a short set of qualifying questions: service type, bedrooms, neighbourhood, condition, date
Quote the price directly from our price sheet, in French or English
Close the booking and collect the client's full details before hanging up
Schedule the right cleaner and confirm the appointment with the client
Pass large post-construction enquiries to the owner
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Fluent in both French and English. This is required, not preferred. Most of our callers are in Montreal and you will be switching between the two all day.
Comfortable quoting a price out loud and closing a booking on the call, without needing to check back
Organized. Bookings are written into the calendar immediately, never from memory.
Previous experience in a call centre, dispatch, reception, customer service or sales is an asset but not required
COMPENSATION
15% commission on every job you book that is completed and paid
Most bookings pay $21 to $50, and post-construction jobs pay more
Paid by e-transfer every week
No cap. The more you book, the more you earn.

HOW TO APPLY
