Experienced Flooring Installer – $25–$30/hr

Fusion Floor Finishings Inc. is looking for experienced flooring installers to join our team. Work is available to start immediately.

Pay: $25–$30/hour, depending on experience and skill level.

We are looking for installers who are proficient with vinyl flooring, particularly:

* Engineered vinyl plank / click flooring
* Glue-down vinyl plank
* Other vinyl flooring products
* Floor preparation and basic finishing work

Experience installing carpet tile and carpet is a strong asset.

Applicants must be experienced enough to work independently and unsupervised, maintain a professional standard of workmanship, and complete jobs efficiently.

Requirements:

* Previous professional flooring installation experience
* Proficient with click and glue-down vinyl flooring
* Able to work independently without supervision
* Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Able to communicate effectively on job sites

Having your own flooring tools is preferred and considered an asset, but arrangements can be made to provide necessary tools for the right installer.

We are looking for experienced installers who take pride in their work and are interested in consistent work with a growing flooring company.
