We are looking for an experienced and reliable International Medical Graduate (IMG) to join our medical clinic team.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
• Previous clinical/medical experience preferred
• Ability to take a detailed patient history and document accurately
• Ability to review and understand laboratory and diagnostic reports
• Assist physicians with patient assessments and follow-ups
• Assist with clinical duties within the scope of training, credentials, and authorization
• Prescription-related duties only where legally authorized and under the appropriate physician/clinic supervision
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients
• Prepare patient charts and maintain accurate medical records
• Coordinate referrals, requisitions, forms, and medical documentation
• Handle faxing, scanning, photocopying, and other administrative tasks
• Answer phone calls and assist patients at the front desk when required
• Maintain confidentiality and follow clinic policies and procedures
• Assist with other day-to-day clinical and administrative duties as needed

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Comfortable working in a busy family practice/Dermatology Clinic
✔️ Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
✔️ Able to work both independently and as part of a team
✔️ Previous Canadian healthcare/clinic experience is an asset
