Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: To Be Determined
Location: Mississauga

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Promote company services to potential clients
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Understand client staffing needs and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Work toward achieving sales and business development targets

Qualifications:
- Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience
- Previous experience working with an employment/staffing agency is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Customer-focused and results-oriented
- Previous B2B sales experience is an asset
