**Location:** Scarborough, ON
**Pay:** $20–$25/hour
**Shift:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Perform sanding and surface preparation before painting.
* Operate spray-painting equipment to apply coatings evenly and professionally.
* Prepare, clean, and inspect surfaces before painting.
* Sand, smooth, and finish products to required specifications.
* Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
* Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet production standards.

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience as a **Spray Painter and/or Sander** in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Hands-on experience with surface preparation and sanding.
* Experience using spray-painting equipment is an asset.
* Good attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
* Must be reliable and able to work the full-time shift.
