Tradex Logistics is currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Dispatch / Customer Service Representative.

This is a long-term, permanent position with paid training provided. Previous trucking or dispatch experience is an asset but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers, drivers, and internal team members
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
Coordinate and follow up on shipments
Enter and update information accurately in computer systems
Handle emails, phone calls, and daily administrative tasks
Assist with dispatch-related duties as required

Requirements:
Quick learner with a willingness to learn
Strong English proficiency – written and verbal
Good typing speed and accuracy
Strong computer skills
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, responsible, and professional
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous dispatch, logistics, or customer service experience is an asset
Work Arrangement: On-Site Only
