Madge Roofing is hiring an experienced Shingle Roofing Foreman to join our team for work in and around Saskatoon.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced leader who can run a shingle roofing crew, keep jobs organized, and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking crew members.

What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a shingle roofing foreman or crew lead
- Strong knowledge of residential shingle roofing
- Spanish speaking
- Comfortable supervising and directing a roofing crew
- Able to keep the crew productive and jobs running smoothly
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and safety-conscious
- Valid driver’s license is an asset

Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising a shingle roofing crew
- Assigning daily tasks and communicating job expectations
- Monitoring workmanship and quality
- Ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently
- Keeping the jobsite organized
- Communicating job progress, material needs, and any issues with the office
- Helping ensure projects are completed to Madge Roofing standards


Wage will depend on experience.
