1-bedroom affordable homes with an annual gross income of $33,700 or higher are available to individuals and couples who meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

2-bedroom affordable homes with an annual gross income of $43,000 or higher are available to households with at least one dependent under 19 years of age who meet the applicable eligibility requirements.

For households that don’t meet the eligibility financial requirements, we offer RGI housing as well.
