12' ×14' × 5' walls with 7 1/2' peak and 4' detachable porch, internal aluminum frame.
Front door has two zippers with roll up mesh and canvas. Back door is a single zipper door. It has two screen windows (one on each side wall) with removable clear vinyl windows. There is 12" sod cloth around entire tent.
It has a heavy duty fly (tarp) that has been repaired in places, lots of tie down ropes and tent pegs.
The stove jack is on the front left side wall. It comes with an Outfitter Stove as shown on Deluxe website. Comes with 5" stove pipe, an adjustable stove pipe stand (as seen in picture) and aluminum stove mat.
There is also a full size carpet that we used on a plywood floor (wood floor not available).
Tent is very easy to set up, instructions included. It has a bit if staining under the stove pipe hole (see in picture). Comes with heavy duty vinyl tent bag and tent pole bag for storage.
This tent has been well taken care of and always put away dry. Deluxe tents are the best made wall tents out there - check their reviews. I hate to part with it but we built a cabin and it no longer gets used. Asking $2600.00. Calll or text 306-883-8833.
