Job Title: Driver / Mobile Wash Operator

Location: Thunder Bay, ON Pay: CA$20.00 – CA$28.00 /hr (fast-track pay increases based on independent performance) Position Type: Full-Time / Part-time (35-40 hrs/week), including some weekend operational windows

About the Role: Superior Soft Wash is looking for a self-motivated, dependable individual to take charge of a mobile wash unit. You'll work on fleet washing (transport trucks/trailers), residential soft-washing, and heavy equipment cleaning across Thunder Bay. We provide the vehicle, professional gear, and full training — you bring the work ethic and reliability. Ideal for someone who thrives working independently.

What we're looking for (most important first):

Reliable and punctual — this matters more to us than prior experience
Valid Ontario G license, clean driving record
Comfortable working outdoors year-round
Willing to work some weekend windows (this is when most fleet clients are available)
Mechanical aptitude is a plus, not required — we'll train you on equipment, chemical ratios, and safety from day one
Prior trailer-towing or trades experience is a bonus, not a requirement

Independent Operator ($24–27/hr): fully autonomous execution
