We are seeking a reliable and professional snow removal contractor for our apartment complex located in Charlottetown (near Cornwall, PEI), for the upcoming 2026–2027 winter season.
Scope of Work:
• Clear snow from building main entrances and walkways
• Plow and clear apartment driveway and parking lot
• Timely service after snowfall; salting and de-icing can be included as an option
Service Area:
Charlottetown, close to Cornwall, Prince Edward Island.
Requirements:
✅ Experienced with multi-unit apartment or commercial property snow removal
✅ Own proper snow-plow equipment
✅ Reliable and prompt response during snowstorms
✅ Able to provide references upon request
