The RB441T TwinTier is designed for fast and efficient professional rebar tying. Its Dual Wire Feeding Mechanism feeds two wires simultaneously and completes a tie in approximately 0.5 second, helping increase productivity on repetitive tying jobs. The built-in Wire Pull-Back Mechanism dispenses the amount of wire needed to form each tie, helping reduce excess wire use and material costs.

The TwinTier also uses a Wire Bending Mechanism that creates a shorter, lower-profile finished tie, requiring less concrete coverage over the tie. Its large jaw capacity allows it to handle rebar combinations from #3 × #3 up to #7 × #7, while the slim arm design makes it easier to access tighter working areas. The enclosed wire magazine helps protect the tie wire and internal mechanisms from dirt and job-site debris.
