PART-TIME DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER WANTED
5 DAYS A WEEK • 5 HOURS A DAY

We’re looking for a kind, caring and reliable person to join us as a part-time Disability Support Worker.

This is a lovely opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with others and wants to make a positive difference in someone’s day.

THE ROLE

The role will involve:

Preparing and cooking healthy, nutritious meals

️ Community access and outings

Providing companionship and social support

️ Helping with day-to-day organization

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

Is warm, friendly, patient and genuinely caring

Loves to cook and has a good understanding of nutrition

Has excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Is reliable, punctual and physically suitable for the role

Has clear spoken English

Has their own reliable vehicle

Holds a current First Aid Certificate

Has or wiling to obtain a current Criminal Record Check – Vulnerable Sector

Has knowledge or understanding of Person-Centered Approaches — a definite asset

MOST IMPORTANTLY...

We’re looking for someone who is genuine, respectful and enjoys building a positive connection with the person they support.
