The Wild Rose After School Program executive committee is seeking a reliable and trustworthy person to fill our program coordinator position part time (2 or 3 times a week).
Duties and Responsibilities required for the position include:
-Be ready for duty at the school starting at 2:30pm and ending at 6:00pm. Monday to Friday from September to June following the public school calendar.
-At arrival, cut/prepare the provided snack for the day.
-Ensure the well- being and safety of all children (grade 8 to kindergarten) who are enrolled in the program.
-Display professionalism and maintain confidentiality inside and outside the work environment.
-Display and promote a positive, welcoming, fun, and anti-bullying environment for all children in the program.
-Supervise and provide opportunities for children to play indoors and outdoors each day (weather permitting).
-Communicate any concerns from the day with parents/guardians at pick up time.
-Communicate and collaborate with the program executive and immediately voice any concerns regarding the program, school, children, or families.

Preferred First Aid and CPR level C training (grace period given to complete after being hired).
