Used like new BOSTON GP163
This piano is immaculate and is a well-maintained Boston GP-163 Walnut Satin piano designed by Steinway. No matter what level pianist you are, there is room to grow on this piano. A similar piano has been played at the Grammy awards. The quality of this investment will not disappoint you at a very reasonable price of $15,000 for a well-maintained piano in constant humidity and out of direct sunlight. This 5’4” (163cm) performance Editon piano produces a very rich sound from the hard Maple rim and pin block (for keeping tuning pins tight) with the sound board made from Sitka Spruce for beautiful resonance along with all wooden action parts. One other advantage is the lower tension string scale for increasing tone, clarity and depth of sound and a size that easily fits in a home. Serial number B103790 and is the 1st generation GP-163 Piano versus the 3rd generation currently. The key action touches the hammer for Steinway quality tuning. All in all, this piano was never played to its capacity due to life circumstances and young children who only played it a few years. This is a dream purchase you will not be disappointed about.
