Looking for a forever home for a female cat

We are looking to re home our 9 year old calico/tabby female cat “Precious” to a loving home. She is currently with my mother, but she is getting older and is having a hard time taking care of her.
She is a mild/gentle cat with a wee bit of sass. She is one person kind of cat and is not good with other cats but is OK around kids. If you are looking to have a fur baby to call your own and feel she would be a good fit please give me a call at 519-639-4525.
