Our store is looking for skilled and motivated Mobile Phone & Computer Repair Technicians to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and repair iPhone and Android devices
• Screen, battery, charging-port and component replacements
• Laptop and desktop hardware repairs
• Windows/macOS troubleshooting and installations
• Hardware diagnostics and upgrades
• Micro-soldering / board-level repair is an asset
• Test devices after repairs and maintain high-quality workmanship
• Provide professional customer service

Requirements:
• Previous repair experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Experience with smartphones, laptops and computers
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
