Sparkle Heavenly Cleaning Corp. is hiring experienced residential cleaners for condo cleaning appointments across the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Markham, York, and nearby GTA communities.

Position and pay:
Part-time to start, with potential for full-time hours depending on scheduling and workload.

- Standard/maintenance cleaning: $18 per hour.
- Deep cleaning: $20 per hour.

Assignments are completed independently or paired with another cleaner depending on workload and appointment duration.

Applicants must be able to travel reliably to assigned GTA locations and arrive on time. Cleaners may travel by public transit or drive their own vehicle; a personal vehicle is not required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned residential condo cleaning services in accordance with Sparkle service standards and the specific requirements of each booking.

- Standard/maintenance cleaning may include, but is not limited to: full bathroom cleaning and disinfection; full kitchen cleaning; dusting throughout the home; sweeping and/or vacuuming; mopping; cleaning window sills and frames; making beds; removing household garbage; and other routine residential cleaning tasks included in the booking.

- Deep cleaning includes the standard/maintenance cleaning scope plus more detailed cleaning, which may include cleaning the interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers, the interior and exterior of appliances, and other detailed areas identified in the booking.

- For interior cabinet, drawer, refrigerator, freezer, or appliance cleaning, the client is responsible for removing and replacing dishes, food, personal items, and other contents. Cleaners are not responsible for emptying or restocking these areas.

- Bring, carry, and transport all required Sparkle-approved cleaning supplies, PPE, and equipment to and from each assigned cleaning location (Cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment will be provided by Sparkle Heavenly Cleaning Corp)

- Clean and disinfect appropriate surfaces using the correct products and methods for each surface and task.

Follow site access, safety, privacy, client conduct, and service-documentation requirements.

- Communicate promptly with Sparkle management about access issues, scope differences, hazards, damage, or work that cannot be completed within the assigned duration.

- Maintain professional and respectful conduct with residents, building staff, and team members.

Required qualifications:
- At least three years of previous residential cleaning experience.

- Previous training and experience in whole-home residential maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning, including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting, detailed surfaces, and other standard residential cleaning tasks.

- Able to complete assignments independently and work as part of a pair when scheduled.

- Reliable transportation to and from GTA assignments and ability to arrive on time.

- A satisfactory criminal background check dated within the previous six months must be obtained and submitted to Sparkle before work begins.

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and able to provide a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN). Applicants who require a work permit must also hold a valid, unexpired permit authorizing them to work in Canada.
