Job Duties:
• Prepare hot dishes and daily food prep
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness & follow food safety rules
• Manage station inventory and kitchen daily operations
• Work closely with other kitchen staff as a team

Requirements:
• Must have commercial restaurant kitchen experience
• Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays
• Reliable, punctual, hard-working
• Understand proper food handling and sanitation
