We are seeking a reliable, responsible live-in Superintendent to join our corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for general building maintenance, assisting with day-to-day property needs, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept environment for our residents.

The position offers a 2 bedroom apartment and generous salary.
