Mach10 Transport seeking an experienced Flatbed Dispatcher to coordinate and manage flatbed trucking operations. The dispatcher will be responsible for finding and booking loads, communicating with drivers and customers, managing schedules, and ensuring shipments are picked up and delivered safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch flatbed trucks and coordinate daily driver schedules.
Find and book profitable flatbed loads through load boards, brokers, and direct customers.
Negotiate rates, accessorial charges, layover, and other applicable fees.
Plan efficient routes and coordinate pickup and delivery appointments.
Communicate with drivers throughout the trip and provide updates to customers and brokers.2 years of experience dispatching flatbed trucks preferred.
Strong knowledge of the flatbed trucking industry and load requirements.
Experience with load boards and DAT
Knowledge of flatbed equipment
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of North American trucking routes and regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with drivers, brokers, and customers.
