Experienced Construction Foremen & Crew Leads Wanted!

Impressions Group Ottawa is looking for experienced, hands-on Construction Foremen and Crew Leads to help lead our residential pool, landscaping, and outdoor construction crews through the remainder of our busy construction season.

This is a short-term seasonal position, with work expected to continue through November 2026. We are looking for individuals who are available to start immediately and can confidently step in to lead a crew and keep projects moving.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and supervise small construction crews (approximately 4 workers)

- Coordinate daily job site activities, materials, tools, and equipment

- Oversee residential pool installations, landscaping, hardscaping, excavation, grading, and site preparation

- Keep crews productive, organized, and working safely

- Communicate with project managers and other team members

- Troubleshoot job site challenges and keep projects on schedule

- Work alongside your crew when needed — this is a hands-on leadership role

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, landscaping, pool installation, or related trades

- MUST HAVE Previous experience as a foreman, crew lead, or site supervisor

- Ability to confidently manage and motivate a small crew

- Strong knowledge of residential construction and job site operations

- Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other construction equipment is an asset

- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation

- Dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work outdoors
