We are seeking an experienced individual with strong knowledge of plant cultivation, plant biology, chemistry, and advanced growing fundamentals.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor plant health, growth cycles, and cultivation data and make adjustments to improve plant health, consistency, and production
- Manage soil, growing media, plant nutrition, nutrients, pH, EC, and water chemistry
- Perform propagation and cloning techniques
- Monitor and adjust environmental factors including temperature, humidity, airflow, and lighting
- Identify and troubleshoot nutritional, environmental, biological, and cultivation-related problems
- Implement pest, disease, sanitation, and contamination prevention practices

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of relevant hands-on cultivation, horticulture, or agricultural experience
- Strong understanding of plant biology, growth cycles, and plant health
- Knowledge of soil, growing media, plant nutrition, nutrients, pH, EC, and water chemistry
- Experience with propagation and cloning techniques
- Knowledge of environmental factors affecting plant growth, including temperature, humidity, airflow, and lighting
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot nutritional, environmental, biological, and cultivation-related problems
- Understanding of pest, disease, sanitation, and contamination prevention
- Ability to monitor cultivation data and make adjustments to improve plant health, consistency, and production
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Assets:
- Candidates with 3 years of directly relevant hands-on experience will be considered an asset
- Spanish speaking would be an asset
