Responsibilities

Perform residential cleaning tasks, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness.
Perform commercial cleaning tasks as requested by customers.
Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding clothes when necessary.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
Maintain an organized schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored services.
Skills

Experience in residential cleaning with attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction.
Effective communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.

Experience:

Residential Cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
G driver's license (required)
