Five Star Fruits Ltd. – Farm Workers (12 Positions)

Five Star Fruits Ltd. needs 12 farm workers.

Duties include, but are not limited to: Pruning, raking, thinning, cultivating and irrigating, fertilizing, irrigation maintenance, tree planting, operating and maintaining farm machinery, and harvesting apple and cherry crops.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, ability to distinguish between colors, physically demanding work, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, standing for extended periods, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling. Work is outdoors, and weather conditions may be wet or damp, dusty, hot, or cold.

Location of Work: Orchards in Kelowna, Lake Country, and Vernon, British Columbia.

Education and Skills: No formal education or skills required.

Employment Period: February 2027 – December 2027.

Hours of Work: Approximately 40–50 hours per week.

Wage: $18.25 per hour plus 4% vacation pay, or piece rate/agreement rate.
