About us
Bison Pizza is a neighbourhood pizzeria in Winnipeg’s West End. We make our food in-house: fresh pasta made to order, homemade meatballs, our own BBQ and garlic sauces, roasted red peppers, and beef, bison and chicken cooked fresh every day, all with Galbani cheese. We’re busy, and we’re looking for a cook who can keep up without cutting corners.

What you’ll do

Stretch and sheet dough and build pizzas to spec, in Small to XL.
Cook wings, pasta, poutine, breadsticks and sides
Run tickets on our kitchen line.
Keep pace on busy nights:
Prep toppings, cook meats and sauces, and get dough ready for the rush
Keep your station clean, follow food safety rules, and help with closing, restocking and stock counts

What we’re looking for

Experience on a pizza line or in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred)
Availability for evenings and weekends, including late nights until 1–2 AM
Fast and accurate, and calm when the tickets stack up
Food Handler certificate, or willing to get one
Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lb
Reliable: on time, every shift

Pay and schedule

$16.50/hour
Evening shifts through close, with weekends required
