We are a small team of professionals requiring an exceptional IT trouble-shooter and problem solver. The ideal candidate will assist us with assembling an "Affadavit of Documents " in the following ways:

- ensuring documents are converted to PDFs from a variety of formats, properly labelled and placed in the correct folders;
- placing PDFs into new-on-the-market software designed for legal professionals (Zibbit);
- being available for problem-solving as we navigate the demands of a remote, cloud-based, multi-city team (two lawyers and one PhD policy expert);
- intensive, on-demand help will be required until the deadline on October 30, 2026, and possibly beyond that if the help is exceptional. We expect to need about ten hours of help per week until October30th.

Remuneration negotiable, starting at $100/hour paid weekly by e-transfer.
