Are you an experienced, self-employed residential cleaner looking to expand your business?

Speedy M Cleaning Service is growing! We’re looking to partner with reliable, detail-oriented and professional independent cleaning subcontractors who take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services.

We value quality workmanship, professionalism and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking established cleaning professionals who share these standards and are interested in opportunities for ongoing work.

WHAT WE OFFER

* $30.00 per hour applicable GST
* Flexible cleaning opportunities based on your availability
* Residential cleaning assignments throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas
* Opportunities for recurring cleaning assignments
* Professional communication and a supportive business relationship
* Freedom to accept or decline offered assignments

MANDATORY SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

* Must be GST registered with an active GST/HST account
* Must carry your own commercial general liability insurance covering residential cleaning services
* Must be self-employed or operate an independent cleaning business
* Minimum 1 year of professional residential cleaning experience
* Must provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, including a vacuum and mop
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s licence
* Strong attention to detail and consistently high cleaning standards
* Professional, dependable and respectful of clients’ homes
* Ability to communicate effectively in English
* Willingness to provide a police information check
* Ability to provide applicable WCB coverage or clearance documentation

Proof of GST registration and commercial liability insurance will be required before accepting cleaning assignments.
