This trailer was purchased brand new in Sept 2014, we are the original owners. This beautiful fifth wheel works perfectly for our four kids plus friends, they are all older now and we have no need for this size trailer anymore. It was only used couple times each year and has always worked great for our family. It has brand new tires, freshly greased bearings, new propane tanks as the oringinal were over the ten years. With a back door right off the bunkhouse was a great thing for us and the outdoor kitchen saved a lot of ins and out for the kids. Everything works great on this unit, and is ready to go if needed, it is currently antifreezed for the winter but can still run pump to show all is working. If you have any questions call Fred at 780 608-3066. 16,500 firm is what we are asking and at this price it is a steal of a deal as we just need it gone. Compare to other trailers like this and you will see, thanks
