Mikado Southside, an established Japanese restaurant in South Edmonton, is looking for reliable and hardworking Restaurant Team Members.
Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Duties will be assigned based on each candidate’s experience, skills, and availability.

Responsibilities may include:

- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Taking orders and providing customer service
- Food preparation and basic cooking
- Assisting with sushi preparation
- Cleaning and maintaining an organized and sanitary work area
- Supporting other team members during busy periods

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Strong English communication skills are required for guest-facing duties
- Some previous cooking or kitchen experience is preferred for food-preparation duties
- Previous sushi experience is an asset
- Candidates who are interested in learning sushi preparation are welcome
- Evening and weekend availability is preferred

Previous restaurant experience is not required for all duties. Training will be provided based on the position assigned.　We value honesty, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
