**Title: WANTED: Small Office or Unused Commercial Room – Ottawa Tech Startup**

**Do you have a small office, spare room, or unused commercial space sitting empty? We may be exactly the tenant you're looking for!**

We are **Front Line**, an Ottawa-based Canadian technology business, currently looking for a small, affordable space to establish **Front Line Colo**, our independent server infrastructure project.

**We don't need anything fancy!**

No storefront, no expensive executive office, no furniture, and no customer-facing reception area.

We're simply looking for:

- **50–100 sq. ft.** of private, secure space (flexible).
- An unused office, back room, or suitable commercial/industrial space.
- Authorized 24/7 access.
- Reliable electricity, ventilation/cooling, and internet availability.
- Permission for properly installed servers to operate continuously.
- A safe location where we can grow our Canadian technology initiative.

**Our budget:** Ideally $0–$100/month in introductory base rent, with electricity and other operating expenses negotiated separately.

We understand this is an unconventional request, and we're open to creative arrangements, a short-term trial, or gradually increasing rent as the business grows.
