## Job Summary

We are seeking a certified and motivated **Industrial Millwright** to join our manufacturing maintenance team in Orillia. The successful candidate will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and production equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with 2–4 years of industrial maintenance experience who can diagnose mechanical problems, perform preventive maintenance, and minimize production downtime.

## Key Responsibilities

* Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment.
* Maintain conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and other manufacturing machinery.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
* Troubleshoot mechanical systems and assist with low-voltage control issues.
* Use PLC systems and CMMS software to support maintenance and track work orders.
* Perform basic welding, equipment alignment, and mechanical adjustments as required.
* Assist with HVAC and boiler maintenance where qualified.
* Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow workplace safety procedures.
* Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime.

## Qualifications

* **Valid Industrial Millwright certification required (433A or equivalent).**
* 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
* Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
* Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
* Familiarity with PLCs, CMMS software, motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes.
* Basic knowledge of welding and industrial electrical systems is an asset.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety and preventive maintenance.
* Good communication skills in English and ability to work as part of a team.
