Top Grade Earthworks is hiring experienced scraper, rock truck, and packer operators to finish our 2026 season.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operating a scraper, rock truck, and/or packer to complete tasks, including moving materials, grading, and dumping.

Operate equipment safely in a variety of conditions.

Follow safe work practices and procedures and participate in hazard assessments before starting work.

Complete daily pre-checks and report any maintenance required.

Strong communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in congested areas near underground utilities, overhead power lines, and other workers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

2 years of experience operating in the civil construction industry.

Valid class 5 license and the ability to transport yourself to and from the worksite.

Positive attitude, ability to work with others, and be part of a team.

Valid safety tickets including first aid, RSTS or CSTS 2020, and WHIMIS.

*Willing to train candidates with positive attitudes and a desire to create a career in the construction industry.

Job Type and Schedule:

Full time – seasonal. 6-10 months of work on a 6/1 schedule.

Monday to Friday 7am to 6 pm, Saturday 7 am to 4pm. Sundays as required or available.
