Part-Time Sales Representative – Base Pay Commissions**

**Location:** All over Winnipeg, MB

**Hours:** 20 hours/week (Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday)

**Compensation:** \$23/hour \$40-$100 commission per closed sale! KM reimbursement

Are you passionate about sales and love helping people find the perfect place to call home? This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing, locally owned third-party property management company in Winnipeg. We currently manage over **1,500 residential rental units**, including houses, duplexes, apartments, and condos across the city.

We’re looking for a **motivated, personable, and reliable individual** to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Representative. If you're enthusiastic about meeting new people and making an impact in the rental housing market, we’d love to meet you!

**What You’ll Do:**

* Meet prospective tenants at properties for scheduled tours
* Answer questions and provide rental applications
* Present each unit professionally and with enthusiasm
* Help potential tenants envision themselves in their new home
* Work independently and stay organized with minimal supervision

**Requirements:**

* Valid driver’s license and access to a **reliable vehicle**
* **Smartphone with data** (for scheduling and communication)
* Comfortable working in **all areas of Winnipeg**
* Availability:
* 4 days a week: 2pm-7pm (3 weekdays, 1 weekend day)

* Comfortable working **alone or with minimal supervision**

* A friendly, driven, and confident personality – **sales experience is a strong asset**
